What are the materials involved in the production of the statue?
Special soft polymer clay imported from Germany is used in our products. This non-toxic clay is harmless and will not corrode with time.

What size are the Custom Cartoon Statues?

The heads, which are hand sculpted of polymer clay, are about 5 cm high, so very tiny tools are used to sculpt the details in each one. Each head is custom made according to your specifications. The heads will be slightly larger than normal for the body. The entire statues are around 15 cm tall.

How to keep the figurine in good condition?
Clay itself has water resistant properties. Stains on the figurine can be easily wiped off with mild soap and water or toothpaste. With proper care, our product will last for years of enjoyment.

How long is the production time?
Every set of figurines will require 7-10 working days to complete. Upon completion, a series of strict quality control checks are carried out before sending. Quality control checks will take an additional day or two. However, these quality checks are necessary as we strive to maintain the highest quality standards.

How to select photos?
Photos are the main materials for our artists to customize and shape your statue (figurine). A front view photo (and we encourage side face photos also if available) with clear facial features is essential in order to produce a statue, with a higher resemblance of you. Also, you can provide us with as many photos of the subjects as you would like to.

What is the percentage of resemblance?
Resemblance is the most important factor to our artists. As you can see from the website the resemblance is amazing. Just imagine an artist creating a unique figurine of you from a photo with the artists’ own creativity.

Can full customization of the statue be done?
Yes, customers may request fully customized statues. Delivery time will take a little longer and prices will change.
