The material we used is polymer clay which is harmless and will not corrode with time. The production process includes many steps. During the face sculpting process, our artists use delicate tools to accomplish the features of a human’s face. The sculpting work requires skills as well as patience. After the face is sculpted according to the customer's face image, we proceed to the hair sculpting followed by the body sculpting. Then the head and the body will be assembled and the joint will be decorated. The semi-completed statue then is heated in a special oven for a long time at high temperature so as to harden the material. When it comes to the last stage, we will put on make-up for the characters. Before delivery, every statue must undergo strict quality check to ensure maximum likeness.
